Stronger Together: School Based Mental Health Professional Network
Audience: School-based mental health professionals, including School Social Workers, School Counselors, and School Psychologists.
Description: To better accommodate the demanding schedules of school-based mental health staff, this Consortium is designed to be half-day, in-person format. Recognizing the difficulty of being out of the building for an entire day, we hope that this half-day design increases accessibility and allows for broader participation. The Consortium offers a secure and confidential space for School Mental Health Professionals to engage in meaningful collaboration with colleagues from neighboring districts across Erie County. Each session begins with focused discussions on current and emerging mental health issues impacting students. The second half is dedicated to case conferencing, an opportunity to exchange effective strategies, share best practices, and seek peer insight.
Beyond professional learning, the Consortium fosters valuable networking and the opportunity to build lasting professional connections. While participation in all three sessions is encouraged to promote continuity and shared growth, attendees also have the flexibility to register a la carte. Discounted price for CoSer Members.
