Audience: Building leaders, members of Equity teams, and past participants of the DEI Leaders and the DEI Teams Consortiums (Cohorts 1 & 2) who are committed to advancing equity in their schools.
Description: This 3-day Consortium empowers equity-driven leaders to come together in a collaborative space to reimagine school environments where inclusion, meaningful engagement, and student success are the foundation for every learner's experience. Participants will explore practical, actionable strategies to ensure equitable access and improved outcomes for all learners. Through shared learning and reflection, leaders will examine policies and practices that expand opportunity and cultivate a school culture where every student can thrive. With dedicated team time built into each session, attendees are empowered to reflect, collaborate, and develop specific action steps that promote sustainable equity and access within their buildings.
